Payment

I'm in the UK so can only accept payment via Paypal, but it's very easy if that suits you.

Shipping

I will ship Royal Mail first class. International post is fairy cheap these days and fast too. If, after I've taken your item to the Post Office, it turns out you paid too much in postage, I will refund the difference right away. I don't like it when people take a cut of postage charges.

If you're in the USA you may possibly have to pay additional customs fees, though I doubt it. But these would be minimal and your responsiblity since I can't know what they might be beforehand since they may not in fact occur!

All LullabyLily items are free from Customs/Ministry of Agriculture red-alert hot-tickets like leather, natural grasses, seeds etc so you don't have to worry about that.

Happy to do a custom order in your preferred colours or yarns. If you want you can buy some of the beautiful hand-dyed and hand-spun yarn on Etsy and send it to me for a custom knit tribe of slugs, cat, pony, donkey, hedgehog, whale or similar. Share the love.
